TOTALLY RESORBABLE SYNTHETIC CALCIUM SULFATE SPACE MAINTAINER IN SMALL, MEDIUM, AND LARGE GRANULE SIZES

SURGIPLASTER resorbs completely, over a period of 4 to 16 weeks, allowing itself to be totally replaced by bone tissue. Resorption of SURGIPLASTER causes no increase in blood calcium levels. Calcium sulfate, used in the correct form and under defi nite conditions, has intrinsic bioactive characteristics. SURGIPLASTER is an osteoconductive material and promotes the regrowth of trabecular bone with wide medullary spaces; the bone that reproduces is viable trabecular bone. The calcium sulfate matrix also promotes the growth of blood vessels and osteogenic cells.
