FISIOGRAFT nano-H.A.reinforced consists of a granule placed inside a syringe that allows direct application into the bone defect. The granules were made of nanohydroxyapatite-dextran composite material, using a mixture of polylactic-polyglycol copolymers as the carrier.

The constituents have been used for years in space maintainers intended for guided bone tissue regeneration. FISIOGRAFT nano-H.A.reinforced allows itself to be permeated by blood from the bone, thus becoming, due to the presence of nanometer hydroxyapatite, a nucleus for ossification of new bone tissue at the site of application.
